Mr. Durham graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, Summa cum Laude, in 2001 and began practicing corporate and securities law at Kelly Hart & Hallman’s Fort Worth office in September 2001.  In January 2003, Mr. Durham became Corporate Attorney for IESI Corporation (now a part of Waste Connections) where he handled the legal aspects of all the company’s mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. markets.  In January 2008, Mr. Durham became a founding member of this firm and has developed a strong reputation as a transactional attorney representing clinics in a wide array of transactions.  Mr. Durham is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.  He has served as the Chairman of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association. In 2016, he was named a one of Fort Worth’s Forty under Forty.

Mr. Durham has also been successful as an entrepreneur and business person, serving on the board of directors of Shoosmith Bros., Inc., which owns a solid waste landfill in the Richmond, Virginia area.  He was also a founding member and manager of Midwest Waste Services, a waste collection company located west of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex which was established in 2011 and sold in 2019.
